Want to display image linked by hyperlink in a form

We are setting up a database to help track information on our many designs.
One of our fields is "Image" in which I have typed the hyperlink to the image
stored on our website. I would like this image to display in the form and
the data access page, but I'm having a bit of trouble. I'm using Image
Hyperlink from the toolbar and am typing in the correct URL. The procedure
puts a placeholder box on the page, but when I click Web Page Preview, the
image is not showing up. Instead when I move my cursor over the area that
I'm putting the image placeholder at, it's changing to a hand to indicate to
click there.
