That is what happens when you subvert user security by having all
users share the same Windows login account. Have then use their own
accounts to separate their e-mail message stores from one another. If
you must share the Windows login, use separate mail profiles for each
user (and don't select a default one and instead have the user select
which mail profile to use when Outlook starts). The the name printed
at the top will be for the Windows user login account or mail profile
that under which you started Outlook.
