want to get rid of "On Behalf" my sending emails

have a primary email that I use, however, they aren't my ISP so I have to log
into the ISP's email server to send, but recieve from another place for
incoming. So the person I send emails to see my name and a different email
address "On Behalf" of my regular email address.

How do I get rid of the first part?

Hard to say without any configuration details to work with.
In general you simply specify a different SMTP server in your account
settings; they don't have to be from the same ISP. The "On Behalf Of" will
only show when you when you specify an address in the "From" field. In any
other situation it is added at mail server level so you cannot change that
in Outlook as it would happen with any other mail client as well.
