Want to get the details of particular users mailbox folders

Hi,

Our company wants to get the details of some particular users mailbox folders. They want to get the details like the number of attachments, content present in attachments for those user's mailbox folders.

Apart from this they also want to get the details of emails sent and received by all the users present in exchange server 2010 environment.

Any help is highly appreciable...
