Want to Give Entourage '08 a try

Its installed, but I have a few questions.
I use IMAP, and it required an SSL connection to the server - how to I
make sure Entourage is connected via SSL?
I want email and usenet posts to be sent in plain text - where is that
setting?
I created "Usenet Sent" and "Usenet Drafts" folders on my IMAP account,
how do I tell Entourage I want all usenet messages I send to go in there
instead of the local folders?

Open Account window under Tools in the Menu bar . Click on Advanced tab
under SMTP to set SSL.

Entourage > Preferences > Compose

In the Account window, select the Advanced tab to make those settings.
