Want to open word to maximized size

How do I make it so that every time I open Word 2007 (on Vista) it is
maximized to full screen size?

When you shut down Word, make sure the last document standing is
maximized. Word reopens using the size of the last document it closed.

Open a Word file, maximise to full screen, then do a change in the document,
ie add a space, save, delete the space, save, exit.
The next time you open Word does it open at max?
I am on 2007 on XP and this works.
