O.K. That's easy enough to do. What have you tried so far?

We set ours up with a folder called Clients and within that we use a section
for each client. No reason why you couldn't make a separate folder (or
separate notebook in OneNote 2007 when that happens) for each client and
then use sections within that for different types of data.
