Want to prevent the Spell Checker from graying out

Hello Microsoft Newsgroup!

I have a template that I want to lock for security
reasons. However, is there a way in MSWord 2000 that I can
prevent spell checker to not gray out. The departments mgr
wants to know if we have this option on someway. Please
advise accordingly.

If by "lock" you mean "protect for forms," take a look at <url:
