want to publish to a new host

I've already successfully posted a FP98 website to a free host, now i'm ready
to publish to a new host. i've paid for the domain & hosting, but how do i
redirect FP98 to publish to the new site? it just keeps publishing to the
old one.

Instead of using the publish button, Choose File | Publish Web. Fill
in the particulars.
