Want to remove tool bar links to functions

We will not be using timesheets nor resource plans when we upgrade to MSPS
07. I have figured out how to disable most of the undesired Tool Bar options
via the PWA Permissions but there are a few that just don't seem to be
affected by security.

Does anyone know how to remove/disable the following:

My Tasks - Delete, Import Timesheet
Project Center - Resource Plan

You cannot remove any of these buttons. Therefore, you need to make this a
training issue with your project managers and team members. Hope this
helps.
