Want to save 'MSPaint' custom color for other office programs

Created a custom color in MS Paint but can't save it for use in Word or
PowerPoint. Paint allows you to adjust both RBG and HSL creating a custom
color where as Word and Powerpoint don't allow you to adjust them
independantly while keeping the settings of one. In other words; when I
change the color settings in RBG the color settings in HSL also change.

In Paint I've extracted the color in text from a picture with the eye
droper, viewed the RGG and HSL settings and have tried to duplicate the same
text color in Word and PowerPoint without success.... Help?
