Hi munya,

You have a couple of options. If you have a program that creates PDF
files, you can "print" a report to the PDF printer and it will create a
file that can be read by anyone who has Adobe Reader.

The other option is to export the data used in the report to an Excel
file. If the report is a Task (To Do List report, Top Level Tasks
report, Completed Tasks report etc.) or Resource report (Overallocated
Resources report, Who Does What report, etc.), it will be based on a
table in Project and you can create an export to Excel based upon that
specific table. (If you edit the report you can discover what table is
used for the report. )

To create the export to Excel, choose File > Save As and select
Microsoft Excel Workbook as the "Save as type." The Wizard will begin
and you can choose to use an existing map or create a new map. You can
select the "Base on Table" button as a part of the export. When you
complete the Wizard, you will have the data from the selected table in
Excel.

If the report is a Cross tab Report, based upon either the Task Usage
view or the Resource Usage view, you will need to use the Analyze
Timescaled Data in Excel button on the Analysis toolbar to export the
data to Excel.

We can provide some more information as you need it, just let us know
which report you wish to work with.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
