Want to transfer 2003 & 2007 applications to a new pc

I have the product keys and the CD's for Office 2003 & 2007 on my old pc
which I will trash. Is it legal to uninstall these applications from my old
pc and install them on my new pc?

If you purchased them separately from the computer (retail purchase will
have FPP in the lower right of the license key sticker) yes. If OEM or
Media-less license kit (OEM or MLK in the same place) no.
