I want to unistall an update ,specifically "outlook update for Outlook 2003 -
Junk email filter KB932330 OUTFTR" but need to know the exact name of the
source so that my PC will uninstall it (as it has caused major problems with
my outlook) but I am unable to find the exact name of the source of the
download, can anyone help with the name of the source of the download so I
can unistall this? Thanks!

I don't know what you mean by "name of the source". You can uninstall
Microsoft updates from Add/Remove Programs; check 'Show updates' on top
of the panel, and you will find all installed updates under the listed
product name.

If you mean the name of the installer, it's
office2003-KB932330-FullFile-ENU.exe

My PC still will not let me unistall the update even when I put in
office2003-KB932330-FullFile-ENU.exe as the source of the installation. It
just says it has a fatal error when trying to uninstall, and the update
remains on my PC.

You cannot use the installer file to uninstall; you need to go through
Add/Remove Programs as I have explained in my first reply.
