Want to use recycle switch and specific function.

I'm able to start Outlook and go directly to the Inbox, Calendar, Public
Folders, etc., but only if it launches a new window. I can't get the syntax
right to use the recycle switch so that the existing Outlook window comes up
and is in the function I want.
