Want to use SP2a - things I need to care about

Hi there,

we want to migrate our project server from SP1 to SP2a.
Is there anything we need to think about (except baaaaackuuup) not described
here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/887621/EN-US/

Maybe someone has an step-by-step installtion or a list of things I need to
care about.

Just follow the directions in the order shown: do the SQL upgrade first.
