"phone log" is a pretty vague term. What do you want it to do? If you want
to track phone calls and indicate what was discussed, I would suggest using
the "contact management" template available on the Microsoft website.
If you want to track hardware (phones) then there may be other asset
management templates available.
If you want to store electronic data from a phone system, then there is
probably another answer.
