wanting to Disable IRM.

We are creating a drive build for our users. We are installing Office 2003
Profesional on these machines. We do not want users to be able to use IRM.
I did not install it on the machines that i know of but the menu option for
permissions is available but when you change it the message comes up that you
need to isntall IRM. I do not want this to happen for users as it will just
confuse them. I would like that menu option to be grayed out. Does anyone
know how to do this with office 2003 professional.

What is "IRM"? Please do not use acronyms!
