i just fired up my laptop and had left my desktop on-and I am using
airport. Now it says my macoffice is installed on too many machines. I
went and turned off my desktop off and it still wants me to register my
program on my laptop.

I tried re installing and it still says I need another license. My
desktop is turned off. Why now? How do I get around the claim I need
another license?

Hi

You can use Office X on one desktop and one laptop computer. This feature is
enabled only with the Office updates. Have you installed them?

Hello. I'm throwing in my 2 cents to this post since you mentioned the
Airport and Office X issues. I have a copy of Office X 10.1.5 that is
loaded on both my laptop and my desktop. I have both of these systems
networked together via Airport. Even with 1 of the computers turned
off, I was still getting the "too many licenses" error. I disabled the
Airport and hardwired the machines directly into a network hub and I'm
no longer having the problem. Does anyone know of an Airport
broadcasting problem with Office X 10.1.5?

Thanks.
