WANTS TO SEND MAIL WITHOUT SMTP

can u help me in sending mails through outlook but i have no smtp from our
service provider

You can't send without an outgoing mail server (SMTP). Does your provider
supply an incoming mail server? Have you tried using a web mail provider
that also supplies external access like GMail?
