WAP / WML Page w/ FP2000?

I'm looking to create a small & simple page that will display a webcam image
on my WAP enabled cell phone. Is this something I can do in FP2000? I'm
having trouble finding anything on the 'net that's written for the
non-programmer. If anyone here can point me in the right direction I'd
appreciate it.
