Warning box appears asking, Do you want to save the changes to For

I've posted my form to our Sharepoint site. After data entry, I click Submit
and get the submission successful alert. After I select File/Exit a warning
box appears asking, "Do you want to save the changes to Form1?
Yes/No/Cancel". This is going to be confusing to users. What do I need to do
to cause this warning to stop? Thanks.

Go into form options and uncheck save and save as.

Othherwise check submit options and whether to prompt for save.
