Hello Everyone
I freshly reinstalled Windows 2000 with all updates using Ghost Image which
also contains Office 2003. Logged on as Domain Admin, I could open to setup
Outlook. I logged on as a user and tried to open Outlook to setup the user
mail account. An error message appear saying that I need to restart Outlook
or reinstall it.
In the Event Viewer "Application", there are many same warnings:
ID: 1004
Source: Msinstaller
Description: Detection of product '{GUID}' feature 'OutlookUserData',
component {GUID} failed. The resource
'HKEY_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\UserData' does not
exist.
There is also a similar Warnings as above. The difference is that it says:
'HKEY_Current_User\Software\ODBC\ODBC.INI\Ms Access Database\' does not exist.
Any suggestions please ?
Thanks
