Warning W0002: Couldn't reverse engineer a UML relationship. Error number 111.

Hello,

I tried to reverse-engineer my .net project in C# for the first time and I
ran to several errors with this error msg:

Warning W0002: Couldn't reverse engineer a UML relationship. Error number
111.

Does anyone know what the problem is and how to work around it? I have
Visio 2003 and the latest update. Thanks!
