Warning while Upsizing

Hi,

I have an MS access (7 Database which I need to upsize to SQL Server 2000.
I run the Upsizing Report which has given me several warnings like:
Field MagazineId is a text field and "Allow Zero Length" to No but the
Microsoft Upsizing Wizard should upsize this to a nvarchar(varchar) column
with "Allow Zero Length"= Yes
What should I do to prevent this Warning Message?
