Greetings,
We have been using a form in an Access 2000 database
stored on a network server to automatically gather
customer feedback on the first 3 working days of each
month. We have used a variety of functions to find out
the customer's name and to make the Office Assistant
(Clippit) appear and move round the screen with helpful
and encouraging comments!
However, since our computers have been upgraded this
summer to Office 2003 the system no longer works.
Instead of the form opening we now get a series of
security warnings about unsafe expressions. I have
followed instructions to disable sandbox mode and
although this does the trick when I login as myself or
with the workstation administrator password, find that
the security is back as it was when the next user logs
in. This seems to be in contradiction to the
instructions I found, which say that this change once
made will apply to all users of the computer!
Please could someone explain to me a simple solution to
this problem?
Best regards, Alan.
