Was fix ever issued for Visio 2000 SR2 printer problem.

Visio 2000 only prints to the default printer after installation of service
release 2.
Was this problem ever fixed? (other than by uninstalling Visio 2000 and
reinstalling without SR2?). There was talk of MS working on a fix in 2005 but
I have not seen one made available.

This was fixed in later versions of Visio, starting with 2002. Visio 2000
is no longer being updated.
