WASSN_DELEG_PENDING

Does any body know what the impact will be if I toggle the
WASSN_DELEG_PENDING field in the msp_web_assignments table in the
ProjectServer database?

My goal is to make a task read only on the timesheet. It seems to be
working quite well but I'm concerned about other negative impact.
