If you are saying that when you write in French your text is marked as
misspelled (with a wavy red line), you should select your text, go to Tools
| Language | Set Language, and mark it as French rather than English. Word
will then use the appropriate French proofing tools. Of course, if your
French spelling is no better than your English spelling, you may still have
many words marked as misspelled.
