So, now when I did, how do I delete my posting? Or at least delete my e-mail address from my posting

And I can confirm - after posting in this forum I receive about 30 e-mails a day with infected with virus (the old Microsoft Update mail)

well, i did post my email address today. i wish i had seen
your message first. thank you though.. i counted no less
than 23 viruses sent to me almost immediately disguished
as emails from Microsoft or my email provider. all o
wanted was some advice about my Outlook Express. Gee
Whiz....
