Watermark in Pleading

In Wordperfect, I have a watermark with a text box within that shows my
law firm name in the lower left corner of each page of the pleading.
I'd like to create the same thing in Word 2003, but the text watermark
hasn't any of the formatting capabilities that WP seems to have.

Can anyone offer any help?

Hi Dave,

First, forget about watermarks. Just open the footer area (View >
Header and Footer, then click in the footer area), and then click
Insert > Text Box. You can put anything you want in the text box,
formatted any way you like, and it will appear on every page.

As a followup, while you're working in Word you shouldn't expect to do
things the same way as in WordPerfect. You can create most of the same
effects in either program, but under the hood the two programs work
