Watermark not in insert drop down.

I installed Office: Mac standard and in word their is no watermark in the
insert drop down. I found this is where it should be in help. How can I get
this option?

That you have the standard version of Office as opposed to MacOffice Pro is
not nearly as useful information as whether you mean Office X or Office 2004
(or 98 or 2001). Anyhow...

Make sure you didn't accidentally turn on "Word 5.1 Menus". Look under View
to see if there's a check next to that option. If that isn't the problem:

If you go to Tools | Customize Toolbars/Menus, select the Menu Bar, and
click Reset, it should set all your main menus and built-in toolbars back to
the default.

If you have customized your menus or toolbars, you may want to explore the
Tools | Customize, Commands dialog, and drag the commands you are missing
back to the toolbars/menus yourself, rather than wipe out your
customizations by clicking Reset.

whenever i insert a Watermark (as Text) into a Word (Office 2004) document,
it gets displayed on screen but does never get printed.

I need the watermark printed! What can i do to achieve this?

Check the Drawing objects checkbox in Preferences/Print/Include with
Document.
