Watermark option has disappeared from insert dropdown menu

Ok just yesterday I inserted a Watermark with the Insert dropdown
menu. Today that option is not there at all. It has vanished. Not even
Grayed out. What can I do to restore that function to office 2004?

Someone please help

Does it reappear after you type control-8? m.
