Watermark prints on top of text.

I have a logo that I use as a watermark at the top of my document (letter
head). For some unknown reason, it is now printing on top of my text instead
of behind it as it always has in the past. I am using Word 2000. Any
suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
