Watermark problems and Printing

When selecting the WaterMARK from Page Layout and then printing - different
letters show on the different pages when I print, but not DRAFT - If I turn
off Semi-Transparent and select a light color then I get the effects that I
want, but MS should fix this problem

MS knows about the problem -- it's in Word 2003, too -- but it isn't
high enough in priority (primarily because it doesn't involve data
loss and there is a workaround) to be included on the must-fix list.
