I am trying to insert a watermark that is a .jpg file in Word 2007. Once is
inserted is there any way to change the size or the position of the
watermark; or can you customize this before it is inserted?

G'Day Meyersroman,

A watermark is usually WordArt or an Image and is normally 'washed out'.

Like and other Word object it is inserted.

So that it may appear on every page, it is inserted in the Header.

When you 'View Header/Footer' you will be able to select, re-size and
position the watermark.
