Can you apply a water mark to an Access report?

I've used a large transparent label with a light grey text ForeColor, and
placed it behind the other objects on the report. If the other backgrouds
are also transparent, they print on top of the "watermark" label. Another
thing that I've done is to use an outline text for my "watermark", so
something like "Confidential" prints at 72 points across the center of a
report.
