Watermarks in Sections Word 2007

I am attempting to place Watermarks in various sections of my Word 2007
document. I add a DRAFT watermark to a section and then move to another
section of the document and add the same watermark. When I do this, it
removes the watermark from the first section. It appears that I can only add
a watermark to one section of the document. How can I fix this problem?

a watermark to one section of the document. How can I fix this problem?

After inserting the first watermark, open the header pane, select the watermark
(it's just a WordArt object) and copy it to the clipboard. Go to the header pane
of another section and paste. Repeat as desired.

Note that each time a section with a watermark is to be followed by a section
without a watermark, or vice versa, the Link To Previous button on the Header &
Footer Tools ribbon must be turned off in the later of the two sections.
