Watermarks moving my borders

I'm using Office 2003...
I'm trying to create an award. Starting from a new Word doc, I insert a
watermark, then I add my page borders. The one on the left is cutoff in print
preview. I tried to modify one of the awards I had previously saved and it
kept cutting off the top border. I never used to have this problem. Any idea
what I can do to keep it where it started?

I'm guessing that the difference is related to the printer involved 'now' as
opposed to 'then', but there are other variables that come into play with
the Windows versions. You've posted to the group for Mac Word. You'd do best
