Watermarks

I'm using Office 2003 and have a document in Word that has a cover sheet
which is separate from the other pages using a Section Break - Next Page. I
wanted to remove the Watermark from the cover sheet only. As per Microsoft's
instructions online:
1. I went to the Header on page 2 and unlinked the Sections
2. Went back to the first page, which is the cover sheet page
3. Tried to delete the Watermark with NO luck as was instructed in
Microsoft's online demo.

The Watermark is NOT accessible to delete (no way to select). I know if I
placed a graphic in the Header I could access it, but not the Watermark.

When you are in "Header/Footer" view, you should be able to select the
watermark by clicking on any "filled" area of the it even if it is not placed
in the header area. Once the watermark is selected (shows handles), you can
delete it.
