Wav files on front page

OK I just had a daugter 6 months ago and I am building her a web page for me
and my wifes anniversary. On the home page I have it set to have a song
playing in the background( wav. file). I also have a hoover button on the
bottom of the page set to when you scroll over it it plays a wav. file of the
baby laughing ang giggling, etc... Problem is if I open it in internet
explorer the background song plays but when you scroll over the hoover button
the graphics work (I have the font set to change and glow when you move the
mouse over it) but the wav. file (the giggling and stuff) wont play. You can
turn right around and open it in mozilla or netscape and the song wont play
but the hoover button (giggling, and laughing, etc...) works perfectly. WHy
is this and what can I do to correct it? Also can I set the settings
somewhere when I get this fixed that when you do scroll ove the hoover button
to hear the laughing or whatever the song will stop playing. Thanks for your
help Dale

Return of the "Hoover" Buttons!

I notice this isn't just a one time typo - "hoover" is used throughout your
post!

This line in the <head> section will play a .wav in either IE or Firefox. Haven't
tested mozilla and netscape.

loop=false autostart=true>
If those are FP hoover buttons, you should vacuum them off your page. They are a
Java applet, and not everyone has Java installed since the MS/Sun feud.
