I just typed several words in UPPERCASE in error! I was wondering if there
is an easy way to highlight the section and perform a "reverse case"????

And the name and version of the application you are using is? Also you
might try viewing the "Help" provided with your application for assistance?

If the application happens to be Word 2000 you could select
Format, Change Case.

Geez, sometimes I wonder how I manage to remember to eat! Sorry about the
lack of input Bob!

MSOffice97 and I can change in Word but I don't see the option in Outlook
emails - maybe if I use Word as my email editor it would (not that I want to
do that).

Since I'm looking, I do see it in PowerPoint but I don't see the function in
Excel.

So "cheat" a little. Copy the portion to be changed into a new word doc.
Change the case and copy it back into Outlook
