I've googled in the group and generally but haven't found anything that
deals with backing this up. Is there a way to do so? I really like my
current format and would like to take it with me to my next job. They are
rather complex with templates for a response so hopefully this can be done.

Thanks! :eek:D

You mean the text? You can copy/paste that just like any other normal
text.

I was assuming he meant the rules you can specify for your OOF, which I can
see getting pretty intricate, and the answer there is no, no way to save
those rules.
