€ You can easily do this with an "IF" field. If you can't figure it out from
€ the online help, try the posting again here and I'm sure someone should be
€ able to help you out.

Well, Matt, I'm glad to hear that.
No, I can't figure it out, and apparently, neither can anyone else
here. The only answers I've received have involved exporting to Excel
or applescripts.
If you know how to do it, please tell me. The field "spouse" doesn't
show up in the Data Merge Manager when I create a form letter.
How do you do it?
