WBS Code Changes When Successor Tasks Added

L

Leonard Madson

I have Microsoft Project 2000 SR-1. I have a master project with several sub-projects. In one of the sub-projects I have linked one of its tasks to two successor tasks that are in the main project. When I did that the WBS code of the predecessor task (the one in the subproject) was incremented by one for each successor dependency. That is, it was 4 to begin with and is now 6. I have done a similar thing with other tasks but did not have this problem. Any ideas?
