Wd 2004: Others can't see comments in file

Hi, I am an editor using Word for Mac, v 11.2; using comment bubbles
but not the name/dat/function feature. Queries inserted as comments are
not showing for some of my authors. I've tried getting them to View,
Comments (but often they don't have that setting); setting Prefs
(hidden text/text w/animations); no luck. This seems to happen with
both PC and Mac users.

Perhaps related: sometimes there are comments in my file but the Prev
Comment/Next Comment buttons are inactive, as if the system can't "see"
the comments.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Jan,

Make sure all 'All Reviewers' are being displayed. By this I mean verify
the following:

- View, Toolbars, Reviewing
- Click 'Show' on the Reviewing toolbar
- Select 'Reviewers'
- Make sure there is a check mark by 'All Reviewers'
