Wd'03 - Mail Merge toolbar greyed out

We just upgraded (yesterday) to wd'03 on XP and a user's Mail Merge toolbar is greyed out.
I haven't had the chance to try it on any of the other machines except my own.
On mine, all is well.
The "only" difference that I can see (at this early stage) is that I have local admin
rights on my machine whereas she does not.
Could this be the problem?
