WD2002: when maximize or minimize button clicked application closed

Hi,

I am kris, i have a problem with my Office XP installed
on Windows XP system. When maximize or minimize buttons
clicked on the application, application closed with out
any error message data is lost. However this is not
happing frequently.
I have tried working in safe mode and renaming Normal.dot
file. Renaming the Data and Options keys inthe registry.
Reinstalling whole Office XP. Upgrading my Video drivers
and installing Generic printer, deleted network printers.
I also performed disabling Norton anti virus.

IT is frustrating me, if there is any thing other than
these resolutions please, let me know.

I will be greatly appriciated for the help.

Hi Kris,

As strange as it may sound, I suspect you have encountered a bug in
Handwriting Recognition.

Try the following:

- Open your Control Panel
- Open Regional and Language Settings
- Select the Language tab
- Click Details
- Remove Handwriting Recognition
