Hi Marcello,

1. Does the document crash when other people open it or just when you open the document?

2. Is the document stored on a network or locally?

3. Does it crash if you launch Word in /safe? To do this go to start run and type in Winword /safe

4. If it does not crash in /safe try changing your default printer driver to another printer, do you still get the crash?

Let me know

Sincerley,
