Has anyone noticed an extremely ridiculous index size with WDS 3.0? I looked
at my hard drive and noticed I only have 8Gb left on a 40 Gb drive. It turns
out my index files are taking up 14.1 Gb of that space, which means I am only
able to use about half of my drive! There are no media files on my drive and
very few documents (My Documents is only 55Mb). My PST files total about 1 Gb
in size and are not compressed. I do have an external USB Drive that is 80Gb,
but I don't know if WDS is trying to index it or not. Given there is no UI
for WDS can anyone point me to how I can reduce the space being used by WDS
via registry or script?
Thanks,
Scott
